Renovation of an educational facility in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Sealed bids are being solicited for the Central East High School Roof Project. Bids must be accompanied by a bidder's bond, cashier's check, or certified check for at least ten percent of the base bid. A mandatory job walk will be held at the project location. The successful bidder is required to comply with fingerprinting and student safety requirements, and upon award and before beginning work, provide verification of compliance. The selected contractor must furnish a Payment Bond and a Faithful Performance Bond, each for one hundred percent of the contract price, from an admitted surety. Proof of public liability and property damage insurance, each not less than $2,000,000, must be provided. Securities or an escrow may be used in lieu of retainage. Bidders must have a valid C-39 license. The lowest bid is determined by the total of the base contract plus all additive and deductive items. Prevailing wage requirements apply. The owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any or all bids. Bids may not be withdrawn for sixty days after opening. Question Deadline 10/21/2025 at 3:00 PM PT
