Renovation of a mixed-use development in Excelsior, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Minnetonka Schools - 2026 Reroofing at Deephaven Elementary School, Mtka. Middle School East, Mtka. Middle School West, and Minnewashta Elementary School involves receiving lump sum sealed bids for reroofing projects at these sites. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any part of all bids or parts thereof if bids are by item and to waive any informalities in bidding. A cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond payable to the Minnetonka Public Schools in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds and executed Certificate of Responsible Contractor. No bids shall be withdrawn subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Minnetonka Public Schools for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of closing bids. Question Deadline 10/31/2025 Questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to Architect/Engineer in writing. Questions received less than five days prior to the date of bid opening will not be answered.
