The work consists of furnishing, delivering, servicing, and providing a warranty for approximately two hundred (200) pressure package simplex grinder pump systems and ten (10) replacement pump cores, of the progressive cavity type, to the Town of Chatham Department of Public Works. Delivery is to occur on a periodic basis, with all units delivered within three years following execution of the contract. Monthly partial shipments and associated services are required. Bidders must comply with applicable Massachusetts General Laws, certify that bids are prepared without collusion, and acknowledge all addenda on the bid form. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder offering the specified goods and special services. The Town reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids.
