Renovation of a military facility in Falmouth, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The project includes all labor, material, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform major maintenance and repairs to the Boat Maintenance Facility at USCG Sector Southeastern New England. Work includes repairing exterior siding, roof, doors, and windows; replacing missing insulation; interior abatement of peeling lead-based paint on steel members and recoating; and repairing concrete spalling and cracks under structural supports and around the foundation. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the project specifications (PSN 7626344), project drawings, all local, State, and Federal Codes, and all required permitting. Contract Magnitude: The magnitude of this construction project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 IAW FAR 36.204.
