MATERIALS ONLY FOR DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACT 25-06: Bituminous Surfacing Materials 9.5 mm and 25 mm CONTRACT 25-07: Class A Concrete Delivered via volumetric truck A certified check, payable to the Township, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and a Surety Company, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds. The Township reserves the right to waive any informalities and accept or reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw a bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The successful Bidder(s) will be required to fulfill the required material delivery at the price bid for one year (365 days) from the date of the signed Procurement Agreement.
