Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Los Angeles, California. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; theater / auditorium; and water / sewer project.
**As of November 25, 2025 project has been canceled. As of this time it is unknown if when project will rebid. Exterior Work: Concrete and asphalt flatwork, concrete curb ramp, 5 exterior drinking fountains, paint striping, and cane railing Interior Work: 4 student restrooms, 2 kindergarten restrooms, 2 all gender restrooms, 2 sinks and casework, auditorium seating replacement, stair striping, and chairlift. Elevator including but not limited to reroute of existing underground water line, excavation for elevator pit and lobby foundation, concrete pour of pit and lobby foundation, procurement, delivery, and installation of modular elevator and machine room, elevator roofing system and exterior finishes, installation of fire alarm and sprinkler, and completion of state inspection.
