Site work for a power facility in Los Angeles, California. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade power facility; and one-story above grade power facility.
This is a bid for furnishing the Department of Water and Power with liquid carbon dioxide, in bulk, as may be ordered during a period of one year with two one-year renewal options. Delivery shall not exceed 7 calendar days from receipt of order. Delivery will only be accepted between 7:30 A.M. and 2:30 P.M., Monday to Friday, excluding recognized holidays. Deliveries must be performed in vehicles under 30 feet long and up to 8,000 pounds per trip, with all fees included in the delivery charge. No penalty fees will be charged for orders less than a full truckload or for returned quantities of liquid CO2 due to a full storage tank. Payment will be made 30 calendar days after delivery and receipt of a corrected invoice. Bidders must provide a complete, detailed description for each item, including manufacturer name and part number. Vendors quoting other than specified brands or part numbers must submit supporting literature/specifications with the bid. Failure to do so will make the bid non-responsive. All work and safety documentation, tickets, and invoicing requirements must be strictly followed. Only responses submitted through the ERSP system will be accepted. All forms and documents required at bid submittal, or upon request, are listed in the vendor checklist and must be accessed and submitted as specified.
