The work consists of the supply and delivery of lighting systems for the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, including materials for the WET's Material Test Lab Lighting System and Lobby/Office Space Lighting System. The requirements include specific quantities and types of luminaires, exit signs, control devices such as wall switches, occupancy sensors, and relays with details on manufacturer, wattage, voltage, lumens, color temperature, and emergency backup features. All products shall match specified manufacturer and model numbers or be equivalent, and detailed literature/specifications must be provided for alternatives. Delivery must be completed within 90 calendar days from receipt of order. Bidders must provide a complete detailed description for each item and submit required documentation through the vendor checklist. Only responses submitted through the electronic eRSP system will be accepted. Prices quoted shall include any applicable duties and delivery charges and exclude federal excise taxes. All questions must be submitted through the eRSP "Q & A" section. Affirmative action applies, and the assignment of contract is prohibited unless authorized by prior written consent.
