The requirements include specific quantities and types of luminaires, exit signs, control devices such as wall switches, occupancy sensors, and relays with details on manufacturer, wattage, voltage, lumens, color temperature, and emergency backup features. All products shall match specified manufacturer and model numbers or be equivalent, and detailed literature/specifications must be provided for alternatives.
