Description

Demolition, site work and renovation of a museum in Utica, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a museum; for the renovation of a museum; and for site work for a museum.

The General Construction Contract includes construction, demolition, renovation and hazardous material removal. Work includes waterproofing and repairs at the Munson Museum service stairs and granite base; and Fountain Elms windows and plaza deck. The Roofing Contract includes construction, demolition, and renovation. The Work includes re-roofing, waterproofing, and roof drain piping at the Munson Museum. Funding for this project comes in part through an Environmental Protection Fund grant administered by the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) Contract term: 6 months 1.
