The City of Dardenne Prairie invites sealed bids for the procurement of a double-sided LED Outdoor Sign, cabinet, cloud-based software, and installation. Detailed specifications for the required equipment are as follows: 10.66mm full color at 90 pixels high by 180 pixels wide (16,200 total pixels per side) or better. Active display area 3' 2'' x 6'4'' (19.8 square feet per side) LIFETIME cell-data modem Double sided LED cabinet, size 3'2'' x 6'4'' Display up to 11 rows of text, images and video clips Installation included Cloud based LED software 10-year parts guarantee Bids must remain valid for 90 days after the bid opening date. The successful bidder must provide proof of insurance and bonding as required by city policy. The City of Dardenne Prairie reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
