Major items of work include construction of a 2.5 MG prestressed concrete water reservoir and a concrete masonry unit pump station with standby power; site utilities and grading; paving and access improvements; electrical, controls, and SCADA integration; and related demolition, restoration, and landscaping. Bids must be submitted electronically through the specified bid portal. The First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form must also be submitted by the stated deadline. Proposals must include a signed Proposal Form and a Bid Security in the required amount. This is a public work contract subject to prevailing wage requirements. Only bids from properly licensed or registered contractors, as specified, will be considered; all contractors and subcontractors must comply with all applicable state wage laws.
