Demolition and site work for a retail development in Altamont, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade retail development; and for site work for a retail development.
As of November 7, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on November 10, 2025. Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the demolition of 600 South Main Street. Properties shall be returned to final grade condition as specified. Sealed bids endorsed "Demolition 600 South Main" . The City of Altamont, Illinois reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any technicalities or irregularities.
