Altamont CUSD #10 is requesting proposals to provide an Outdoor Digital Sign. All vendors must comply with applicable Illinois law requiring payment of prevailing wage by contractors working on publicly funded projects and with Illinois statutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employment Opportunity Laws. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or parts thereof, and to waive any irregularities or informalities. April 14, 2026 - School Board selects Vendor at the Regular Board Meeting The selected vendor will be responsible for a "turnkey" solution, including: Removal: Disposal of any existing signage (if applicable). Hardware: Provision of one (1) double-sided, full-color LED monument-style display. Software: Web-based Content Management System (CMS) with cloud access. Installation: Professional mounting on existing 8" steel support, electrical integration, and data connectivity. Training: Comprehensive onboarding for administrative staff. Warranty: Minimum 5 years for all sign components and labor
