Contract No. 2025-WWTP-05 consists of the removal, disposal, and replacement of an existing gravity sludge thickener, including all associated piping, conduit, and appurtenances at the Dornick Point WWTP. Work under this contract shall include all materials, equipment, supplies, and labor for the construction as shown and specified in the Contract Documents. The project is located in West Taylor Township Cambria County, PA. No bid will be considered unless accompanied by a Bid Bond of an approved surety, a cashier's check, a certified check, or bank letter of credit payable to the Authority in the amount of not less than ten (10%) percent of the total bid. Prior to the award of the contract, the successful bidder shall furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond & a Payment Bond to the Owner, in the form contained in the Contract Documents & executed by a satisfactory circular 570 listed surety, each equal to 100% of the total contract amount. The bidder will also furnish evidence of insurance coverage as required by the contract documents.
