Seattle City Light requests Statements of Qualifications from prospective Owner’s Advisors for the Underground Cable Replacement Project. The Owner’s Advisor will support the delivery of the project from project approval, through procurement, owner’s representation, and construction management during the design and implementation phases. Work will begin with Phase 1, and additional tasks and future phases may be added as the project progresses. The contract is expected to support the long-term project, which may take up to twelve years. Qualifications must be submitted through the e-Procurement portal by the stated deadline. Any bidder contacting city officials or employees outside of the designated Procurement Contact does so at their own risk and the city is not bound by information provided by such contact.
