Renovation of a military facility in Sandstone, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Vendor shall supply and install appropriate electrical wire, conduit, disconnects, circuit breakers, and all associated hardware to support a Heidelberg SM106-6-P+L. The required power specifications are 480-volt 200-amp for the drive motor and 480-volt 150-amp for the dryer unit. The facility has an existing 480-volt 600-amp panel, and the distances from the panel to the machine are approximately 125 feet and 155 feet. All work must comply with the details outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price, Definite Delivery-Definite Quantity type, set aside 100% for small businesses. Contractors must adhere to special security requirements of the correctional facility and will be subject to NCIC checks for entry. Installation will include but not limited to: Provide all tools, manpower and equipment necessary to facilitate the objectives listed in 1.2. Clean up any debris created during this process. These products can be disposed of on site.
