Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Zachary, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.
Work to be performed under this Project shall include, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Midblock crossing, walkways and associated appurtenances. Question Deadline 11/12/2025 Every request for such interpretations should be in writing addressed to Professional Engineering Consultants Corporation at 9107 Interline Avenue Baton Rouge, LA 70809 and to be given consideration must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the date fixed for the BID OPENING. Sealed bids are solicited for the Mt. Pleasant Blvd. Walkways and Cross Walks project, which consists of midblock crossing, walkways, and associated appurtenances. Bids must be addressed to the City of Zachary and delivered to the specified address by the designated time. Prospective bidders are responsible for obtaining the most up-to-date bidding documents from the designated website. Both paper and electronic bids and bid bonds will be accepted through the specified plan room. Contractors submitting bids must be licensed under the appropriate Louisiana statutes for Highway, Street and Bridge Construction, and must display their license number on their bid and envelope. A bid security of at least five percent of the total bid price is required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause in accordance with Louisiana Revised Statutes. Sureties for bonds must be listed as acceptable on the U.S. Department of Treasury Circular 570.
