All bids must be submitted using the attached pricing form and signed by Bidder in a sealed envelope, including all affidavits. Bidders must submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of the bid proposal form, bid pricing sheet, affidavits, and all required documentation. ''Boiler CSD-1 Testing & Maintenance Services Bid Package: 14.2526'' The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all items in the bid; to accept or reject any or all bids; to split the award to more among multiple bidders; to waive informalities therein; or, to award the contract to other than the lowest bidder. By submitting a bid, the Bidder agrees to accept the decision of the District as final.
