Renovation of an educational facility in Binghamton, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work includes installing a new air source heat pump, new electrical connections, demolishing and installing new concrete pads, and installing new ductwork and electrical duct heaters. CR Number: 2128091 A bidder must demonstrate, to the satisfaction of the University, that it has successfully completed three (3) contracts similar in size, scope and complexity to this contract within the last five (5) years. a. For scope and complexity, similar work is defined as seeking a qualified contractor to replace the failing HVAC equipment at Clearview with a new air source heat pump, new electrical connections, demolition and installing a new concrete pads and new ductwork and electrical duct heaters, as further described in the General Requirements, Description of Work. b. The determination of relevant contract experience in terms of size, scope and complexity will be at the sole discretion of the University. Contract term: 300 Calendar Days Minority-owned sub-contracting goal is 22%, women-owned sub-contracting goal is 8%, and service-disabled veteran-owned business contracting goal is 6%.
