The Northeast Elementary School, Re-Roof Phase III Project consists of partial re-roofing on the school to remove the existing fully adhered EPDM roof membrane, any wet insulation and all perimeter membrane and metal flashing, and install new 2" thick screw fasten roof insulation, 1/2 " thick high density polyisocyanurate cover board fastened with low rise foam adhesive and fully adhered EPDM 90 mil roof membrane, and new prefinished metal roof edge flashing for approximately 27,000 sq. ft. of roof area. Pre-Bid Meeting 11/05/2025 at 1:00 PM CT all bidders shall meet at the ACSD Northeast Elementary School, 1705 NE Trilein Drive, Ankeny, inside the west front entry of the school.
