Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; for the remodel of a educational facility; for the addition of a stadium; for the construction of a 160,000-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a stadium.

The Work is defined by the Contract Documents and consists generally of construction of a two-story, approximately 160,000-square-foot secondary school and related site work. The Project will be delivered using the Agency Construction Management, multiple-prime delivery method, with separate prime contracts awarded directly by the Owner. The Architect is INVISION Architecture, Des Moines, Iowa. The Construction Manager is Stahl Construction, Grimes, Iowa. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount, as specified in the Instructions to Bidders.
