Site work for a water / sewer project in Briarwood, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The work consists of constructing two 12-inch potable water production wells, including well casings, screens, and test pumping of each well in Cass County, North Dakota. Bids will be received for a single contract on a unit price and lump sum basis. Bidders must provide a 5% bid bond, comply with American Iron and Steel, Civil Rights, Equal Employment Opportunity, affirmative action plan, Disadvantaged Business Enterprises participation, and Davis Bacon Act requirements. Required forms must be submitted with each bid, including MBE/WBE Subcontractor Solicitation Information, Certification regarding Debarment, Suspension, and other Responsibilities, DBE Subcontractor Utilization, and DBE Subcontractor Performance forms. Bidders must also include their North Dakota Contractor's License and, if applicable, Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry license, valid at least ten days prior to bid opening. Deficient bids will be returned unopened. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
