*As of December 17th, 2025, this project has been awarded to C.C. Construction, Inc. for $18,352,822.62* Great Pond Phase 1 Sewer Area Lift Stations and Force Main. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Question Deadline 11/27/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for the applicable opening of Bids may not be answered (questions due by close of business - 5 PM, local time). The subject heading for all e-mails shall be: Subject: Falmouth Great Pond Phase 1 Sewer Area - Lift Stations and Force Main The Work consists of constructing, complete with all equipment and accessories, one new wastewater lift station (Brick Kiln Lift Station), approximately 15,000 feet of dual HDPE force main, a diversion structure at the discharge of the dual force mains, approximately 6400 feet of 12-inch DIP water main, pump and ancillary electrical equipment replacement at the Spring Bars Lift Station and renovation of a Recharge Sand Bed at the WWTF in accordance with the Bidding Documents heretofore prepared by GHD Inc. 580 Calendar Days will be allowed for contractor to achieve substantial completion and 630 calendar days to achieve final completion
