Site work and renovation of a multi-residential development in Binghamton, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a two-story above grade multi-residential development; and two-story above grade multi-residential development.

The scope of work for the 2-story residence includes site work, selective demolition, exterior and interior improvements, a new rear deck, a kitchen extension addition, and upgrades to mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Exterior improvements include roofing, gutters, downspouts, selective door replacement, exterior vinyl siding and accessories, a new rear deck, new kitchen extension, new driveway and new block retaining wall. Interior improvements include: on the first floor, kitchen extension addition, living room, dining room, and kitchen renovations; on the second floor, renovation of the hall, bathroom, three bedrooms and closets, and new attic insulation. Interior finishes include cabinets, countertops, casework, LVT flooring, tile walls and flooring, new and refinished hardwood flooring, stair and railing refinishing, restored and new interior trim, patching and repairing all walls, new ceiling substrates, and finish painting throughout. HVAC, electrical and plumbing upgrades are also included. General Contractors are encouraged to register for the pre-bid conference. The lead based painted components listed above and in the work plan found in Attachment A shall be removed intact and properly disposed of or enclosed with approved materials. 3.
