Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Princeton Junction, New Jersey. Working plans call civil work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

As of this time it is unknown if and when project will rebid.** The work includes the furnishing of all labor, material, and equipment necessary or required to complete all work set forth in the contract documents. Quantities include but are not limited to approximately 4 units Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons, 12 units Warning Signs, 12 units Warning Plaques, and other incidental construction including restoration. Bids must be submitted on the prescribed form, in a sealed envelope marked: Bid Proposal 2025 Pedestrian Safety Improvements. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond made payable to the Township of West Windsor in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, not to exceed $20,000.00, as security. The Township reserves the right to reject all proposals in whole or in part or to waive minor informalities as may be permitted by law. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, C. 127 and N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Question Deadline 11/19/2025 All questions shall be submitted in writing to the Engineer and shall be postmarked at least ten (10) days, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excepted, before the established date for Bid Opening.
