Renovation of a municipal facility in Camden, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Bidders are required to submit electronically for a boiler replacement at the Camden City Department of Public Works, 101 Newton Ave, Camden, NJ. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount equal to ten percent of the sum of the bid, not exceeding $20,000. Complete and detailed specifications of the product or service to be supplied must be submitted. The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance, maintenance, and payment bonds, along with the necessary insurance certificates as specified upon execution of the contract. Bidders and their subcontractors must hold or obtain all licenses required by state, federal, and local laws and must provide current Certificates of Registration from the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development. Additional requirements include compliance with employment condition regulations, minimum wage rates as determined by the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development or the Davis-Bacon Act, and affirmative action regulations. The City reserves the right to reject all bids and to award the contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder in accordance with applicable law.
