Description

Site work and new construction of a fitness / recreation center in Nicholls, Georgia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade fitness / recreation center.

The City of Nicholls has experienced damages due to Hurricane Helene occurring in September 2024 (DR-4830-GA). The City is seeking qualifications for architectural and engineering services. Companies desiring to provide services must submit qualifications through the DFS Procurement Services Portal at dfs.bonfirehub.com. The full RFQ can also be reviewed at erassist.com/work. Questions regarding the scope or RFQ should be submitted in the Portal by January 30th 2026 at 5:00 p.m. EST. All qualifications shall be submitted by 2 p.m. EST on February 13th, 2026. All companies, including women, minority, and veteran owned businesses are encouraged to submit a bid. Questions Due Date: Jan 30th 2026, 5:00 PM EST The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
