The contract will take effect upon award, estimated on 12 January 2026, and will remain valid until both parties have fulfilled all their respective obligations. The work must be completed according to the schedule set out in the technical documents. A tender guarantee (valid for 90 days) equivalent to 10% of the total amount of the tender, including taxes, is required as part of this call for tenders when submitting bids. Similarly, after the award, a performance bond and an obligations bond in favour of the city are required, each worth 50% of the total amount of the bid, including taxes, and which must be valid for the duration of the contract. A letter of commitment guaranteeing the provision of these two bonds is required when submitting bids.
