Remodeling of a medical facility in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for the remodel of a three-story above grade medical facility.
Outpatient Care East is a three-story outpatient facility on Taylor Ave in Columbus, Ohio. This project will refresh the 3rd floor common spaces, 3rd floor public bathrooms, and Suite 3068. The work includes updating finishes and replacing existing lighting with new LED fixtures in the common hallways, the lobby, Suite 3068, and other spaces. The project also involves updating finishes and fixtures in the public bathrooms. Bidders are to submit electronic bids and comply with requirements for prevailing wage rates, equal employment opportunity, and the State of Ohio’s Encouraging Diversity, Growth, and Equity (EDGE) Business Development Program, which has a 5% participation goal. Bidders must follow procedures for digital identification and may submit requests for product or service substitutions in accordance with the bid documents. The contractor is responsible for scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and other services identified in the contract documents. The use of domestic steel is required, and bidders are encouraged to participate in a drug-free safety program. As per Adda 1, All Questions should be submitted in writing.
