Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lantana, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility; and one-story above grade recreation facility.
Roof replacements at Public Services (510 West Pine Street) and the Recreation Center (418 South Dixie Highway) per the specifications in Exhibits A and C. All Bidders are advised to thoroughly examine the Invitation to Bid. The Town reserves the right to award two separate contracts for the work outlined and described. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all required pages are included in the Bid. Further instructions and conditions are stated in the bidding documents. The Town reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and waive technicalities and/or any irregularities therein. The Town further reserves the right to award a contract to the bidder whose proposal best serves the interests of the Town in its sole discretion.
