Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Saint John, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

This work shall include, but is not limited to, the construction of a new restroom pavilion building with concrete sidewalk, bike rack pads, installation of water service line, installation of sanitary service line in the Town of St. John, Lake County, Indiana. Bids shall be sealed and clearly labeled Gates of St. John Park Bathroom Pavilion Project. Bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Performance and Payment Bonds each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price will be required. Standard Indiana Form 96 (Revised 2009) which includes non-collusion affidavit will be required. E-Verify Affidavit, St. John Project Labor Agreement. The Town of St. John, IN reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the Town of St. John. Question Deadline 11/27/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than 7 days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
