Renovation of an educational facility in Wayne, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
The Morey Hall - Phase I - Dormitory Room Sink and associated Plumbing Piping Replacement Project, located at Wayne State College, Wayne, Nebraska. Sealed bids are requested for the Wayne State College Morey Hall - Phase I Dorm Room Sink, Supply & Sanitary Pipe Replacement project. Bids must be submitted to the Office of Facility Services at Wayne State College by the specified deadline. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and read aloud in the Conference Room by the Director of Facilities Services. A. Work under this proposed contract will consist of Phase I work scope including the replacement of the existing sinks in the north half of the Dorm Rooms, including the removal and replacement of all associate water and sanitary piping to the associated sinks, and associated work required to accommodate the above removal and replacement work. B. Location: Morey Hall located at Wayne State College, 1111 Main Street, Wayne, Nebraska. A digital downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable card payment in the amount of $25.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax) payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax) payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Please Note: Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days from the BID DATE of the project to obtain a deposit refund. If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited. Contractor shall mobilize on site no sooner than Monday, May 11, 2026, the Monday after commencement. The substantial completion date required by the Owner is Monday, July 20, 2026. The final completion date required by the Owner is Wednesday, July 29, 2026. Contractor shall be completely off site no later than Monday, August 3, 2026. Question Deadline 12/02/2025 INQUIRIES AND ADDENDA A. During the bidding period, all questions regarding the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be directed to the Architect at Jackson-Jackson & Associates, 6912 North 97th Circle, Suite 1, Omaha, Nebraska 68114, Tele: (402) 391-3999. B. Direct questions in writing via email to Eileen Korth (Email: ekorth@jjaarchitects.com). C. The Architect, Consulting Engineers and the Owner will not be responsible for oral clarification. D. Replies reflecting any changes in the Contract Documents shall be issued to Prime Bidders of record as Addenda to the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to bid opening will not be answered.
