Description

Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Greenville, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.

Placement of approximately 200 cubic yards of natural colored, shredded hardwood bark mulch at multiple City owned parking lots and landscaped areas, as well as application of weed preventative as specified. Bidders are to provide bids per cubic yard, as the amount of mulch will determine the final cost. Sealed bids must be submitted using the attached bid form and include all requested information. Email or faxed bids will not be accepted. Bids are to be delivered to the City Clerk at the specified address. Any and all questions regarding this bid shall be directed to the principal contact listed above. Contract Time The Greenville City Council may approve the bids at their December 2, 2025, meeting. The removal of the existing mulch, the additive weed preventer, and the placement of existing mulch can begin on April 1, 2026 and must be completed by May 8, 2026, and coordinated with the Public Services Director.
