Site work and addition to a warehouse / distribution facility in Greenville, Michigan. Completed plans call for the addition of a 2,080-square-foot, one-story above grade warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.

The project is for the design and construction of a 32’ x 65’ pole building extension for the City of Greenville. The work includes providing all labor, equipment, and materials to design the components according to the provided specifications, preparing the site, and constructing the building. This extension is to an existing pole building, with much of the work intended to match the existing pattern. Construction components include site grading, setting posts on a concrete foundation, installing a concrete floor, building wood walls and trusses, adding steel siding and roofing, installing doors, and performing electrical work. An additive alternate for two rafter-supported garment storage and conveyance systems is also desired. The project requires the extension of the north and south walls and roof line of the current 32’ x 40’ pole barn structure to the east by approximately 65 feet. Exterior cladding, doors, locks, lighting, and roofing must match the existing building in elevation, materials, installation, and color. Removal and potential reuse of the current east wall exterior cladding is desired. There is no requirement for a doorway between the existing and new spaces. Drawings with post spacing and typical characteristics are included at the end of the specifications.
