Renovation of a communication facility in Lake Arrowhead, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade communication facility.
The project is for the Radio System Replacement and Infrastructure Upgrade for the Rim of the World Unified School District. Each bid must conform to the Contract Documents, including all plans, specifications, and other Contract Documents. Bidders must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations as this is a public work. Each bidder must also be a licensed contractor in the State of California with a valid and active General Contractor A or B and/or C-7 and/or C-12 license at the time of award and throughout the contract duration. Subcontractors must be licensed for the trades required by the scope of work. The California State License number must be clearly stated on the bidder's proposal. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or waive irregularities or informalities in the bidding process. Faxed bids will not be accepted.
