As of February 3, 2026, project is awarded to Your Way, irvington, NJ in the amount of $661,359.24. Furnishing and delivery to the City of Passaic of 2025 NJDOT Local Aid and Urban Aid roadway improvements in Passaic County, New Jersey. Bidders must submit proposals on the standard proposal form, accompanied by a proposal guarantee in the amount of ten percent (not to exceed $20,000.00) of the total bid amount. Submissions must include a certificate of surety indicating a performance bond will be provided, and the successful contractor will be required to submit payment and maintenance bonds. Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, addressed appropriately, and clearly marked with the contract title. Bidders need to comply with all requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et. seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27, and the prevailing wage rates as determined by the New Jersey Department of Labor.
