Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in East Aurora, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade clubhouse / community center.
Replacement of broken slate shingles, downspouts, and gutters, and addition of new heating cables at the Main House of Knox Farm State Park in East Aurora, Erie County, New York. Bids must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and accompanied by a scanned Bid Security in the specified form and amount. Only electronically submitted PDF bids are accepted unless otherwise arranged, with a file size restriction. Hardcopy bid bonds for the two lowest bidders must be sent by certified mail within 48 hours upon request. Bidders must comply with MWBE participation goals, public building law, and contractor registry requirements. Contractor registration with the NYS Bureau of Public Work and Prevailing Wage Enforcement is mandatory, and proof of registration must be provided at bid opening. The successful bidder must furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material/Payment Bond, each for 100% of the contract amount. All requests for information must be submitted by the specified deadline. Project completion is required within the specified period after approval. Liquidated damages apply for completion delays.
