Renovation of a mixed-use development in Amherst, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade clubhouse / community center; and one-story above grade theater / auditorium.

Sealed bids are solicited for the Harlem Road Community Center Auditorium Renovation in the Town of Amherst, Erie County, New York. Two separate prime contracts will be awarded: General and Electrical. Four copies of each bid are required, each to be submitted in an opaque, sealed envelope marked with the bidder's name, address, project name, bid date, and contract name and project number. Bids will be received by mail or drop-off at the Town's Municipal Building until the specified deadline, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. A pre-bid walkthrough is scheduled at the project site. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. Digital bid documents are available upon request, and all prospective bidders must register by email to receive addenda. Questions must be submitted in writing by the specified deadline. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bond equal to 5% of the total bid, ensuring execution of a security bond within 15 days if awarded. The Town reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids.
