Sealed bids are invited for interior upgrades and asbestos and hazardous materials abatement at the State University of New York, University at Buffalo, Governors Complex, Clinton and Lehman Halls. Each bid must clearly identify the bidder's name and address and indicate it is for the specified project. Bids will only be accepted if received by the designated time. All individuals attending pre-bid meetings or bid openings in person must present government-issued identification. Only contract documents obtained from the specified print and copy center are recognized. Prospective bidders are advised that the contract documents contain new general conditions and to review these for any impact on their bid price. Instructions are provided for purchasing digital or printed sets of contract documents to become a registered planholder. The purchase of these documents is non-refundable and non-returnable. Contract documents will also be displayed at several regional plan rooms for the convenience of bidders, subcontractors, and material suppliers. Restrictions on communications during the procurement process are imposed, and contacting persons other than the designated staff may result in disqualification.
