Questions due for inclusion in Addendum:Close of business (COB) Tuesday, January 13,2026 The Project includes the following Work: Demolition and replacement of three horizontal split case pumps and installation of one additional horizontal split case pump, including all associated valves, piping, and appurtenances. The project also includes installation of a new room within the pump station to house new VFDs, demolition and replacement of the HVAC system within the pump station, demolition and replacement of large diameter yard piping, valves, and appurtenances, and modifications to the sanitary sewerage system. All supporting civil, structural, plumbing, electrical, and instrumentation work is also included in the project. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
