Performance-Labor and Material Payment Bond: $50,000.00 cash value. PerformancePayment Bond may be in the form of one or two bonds. 2. Maintenance Bond: $50,000.00 cash value for two (2) years from the final date of Contract Period and acceptance by the OWNER. Form of bonds shall be in accordance with attached sheets at the end of this section. All other sections of Article 5.1 remain in full force and effect. Question Deadline 01/02/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents or the Contract Documents shall be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. In order to receive consideration, questions must be received by ENGINEER at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids.
