Renovation of a water / sewer project in Manchester, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
For the provision of goods and services to furnish all material, equipment, supplies and labor necessary to repair the lift station at Old Stone Fort State Park. All questions must be submitted no later than November 14, 2025 Prospective respondents must direct communications concerning this ITB to the following person designated as the Solicitation Coordinator: Cyndi O Brien Department of Environment and Conservation 500 James Robertson Parkway, 6th Floor Nashville TN 37243-1102 615-532-0216 cynthia.a.o'brien@tn.gov Term of Contract (Reserved). This will be a six month contract All debris shall be removed from the park property and disposed of in accordance with all applicable regulations, unless specifically noted. 1) Contractor shall remove lift station lid, (2) sewer grinder pumps, discharge lines, and control floats. 2) Contractor shall remove (2) exterior doors and frames. 3) Contractor shall remove the glass in storefront door at the main entrance. 4) Contractor shall remove (4) fixed storefront windows that have (8) attached awning windows. 5) Contractor shall remove cracked and busted capstones from the rooftop overlook. 6) Contractor shall remove sections of copper flashing.
