Separate, sealed bids are requested for the furnishing of all labor, plant, tools, equipment, and specified materials or services for a watermain materials purchase contract. Bids must be received at the specified location by the deadline, clearly marked with the project name and number. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond for five percent of the bid amount. Project manuals and USB flash drives with documents may be obtained in person or by mail, with identification and a business card required for in-person pickup. Contract will be for a one-year term, with potential for two additional one-year extensions. The Erie County Water Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids or accept the bid deemed in its best interest, regardless of mathematical lowest price.
