Partial window replacement to Haddonfield Memorial High School's two-story A-Wing, and 3-story C-Wing. Bidders shall be prequalified by the New Jersey Division Property Management and Construction in the trade categories listed (Windows and/or General Construction or General Construction/Alterations and Additions) or name such prequalified subcontractors. Bidders are required to submit a lump sum bid for all work and materials. All contractors named in this proposal shall possess a valid Contractor's Registration Certificate at the time the proposal is received. Bidders must comply with all bid specification requirements, including submission of bid security, a consent of surety for a performance bond, a list of stockholders owning 10% or more of stock, and other required documents. All contractors must comply with Affirmative Action requirements, Prevailing Wage Rate Determination, and must be prequalified and submit required affidavits. Questions and inquiries are to be submitted in writing per instructions and all information transmitted is considered proprietary and confidential. Anyone disseminating this information inappropriately may be subject to penalties and may be barred from bidding. All bidders must destroy, return or dispose of received confidential information within three days of bid submission date. Submission of bids after the date and time specified will not be accepted. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is encouraged but not mandatory; failure to attend does not excuse ignorance of information shared during the meeting. The Board of Education may reject any or all bids and waive informalities in the bid process if it serves their interest.
