**As of March 3rd,2026 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Scope of Work is described in Appendices D through H of this RFQ. The Scope of Work is to be used as a general guide and is not intended to be a complete list of all tasks necessary to complete the Project. Question Deadline 12/05/2025 at 5:00 PM PT Response to Questions: December 12, 2025 at 5:00 p.m Evaluation and Shortlist Notification: January 2026 The anticipated Fixed Budget Limit (FBL) price for the total cost of design and construction shall not exceed $42 million. The Department of Public Health (DPH) plans to use several funding sources for this project: 1) Proposition C "City Fund," 2) the 2020 Health & Recovery Bond, 3) DPH budgets, and 4) the 2024 Vibrant San Francisco Bond. The issuance of this RFQ does not constitute an agreement by the City that any subsequent selection process will occur or that any contract will be entered into by the City. The City expressly reserves the right at any time to: o Waive any defect or informality in any RFQ Application submittal document or the procedure outlined in this RFQ o Reject any or all RFQ Application submittal documents o Issue a new request for qualifications in lieu of this RFQ o Change the subsequent selection process o Procure all or any portion of the Work by any other means o Determine that the Work will not be pursued
