Renovation of a stadium in Morgantown, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
WVU Athletics is proposing to build a new tower on the west side of Milan Puskar Stadium. The WVU Athletic Department is committed to maintaining a competitive edge within our conference and nationally by strategically expanding and diversifying revenue sources through premium seating opportunities. The existing tower was built in 1980 with a series of renovations and expansions through the years and is approximately 30,355 gross square feet. The current press box has twelve (12) premium suites, press accommodations, two (2) coaches booths, two (2) radio booths, a television booth, officials booth, announcers' booth, and game day control center. Due to the age and limitations of the existing tower, the new facility would provide fans with additional opportunities for club seats, ledge seats, loge boxes, and various tiers of luxury suites. The new West Tower includes five (5) levels for fan amenities, premium spaces, media spaces, team coaching spaces and operations totaling approximately 70,000 gross square feet. The Project will also include the temporary facilities needed for the 2027 season for those areas disrupted by the Project. Question Deadline 11/21/2025 at 12:00 PM ET
