Wastewater System Improvements, Pump Station 21 & 29 Generator Additions. SCOPE OF PROJECT o The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: o Providing and installing concrete pad-mounted 45kW natural gas generators and transfer switches at Pump Stations 21 and 29. o Providing and installing natural gas piping to the two pump stations. o Modifying each station's control panel as needed. o Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. Pump Station 21 - 16531 152ND AVENUE SPRING LAKE, Ml 49456 Pump Station 29 - 15473 CLEVELAND STREET SPRING LAKE, Ml 49456 The project shall be completed by December 1, 2026. Question Deadline 11/26/2025 Requests must be received by the Engineer at least four business days prior to the bid. Questions related to the project shall be directed to Kevin Kieft, P.E. at 231-798-0101 or via email at kkieft@preinnewhof.com. The last day an addendum will be issued is three (3) business days prior to the bid. Questions to be addressed in the addendum will be received through 5:00 p.m. five (5) business daysprior to the bid. Only written addenda issued by the Engineer shall be binding. Oral interpretations, information or instructions by any office or employee of the Owner or Engineer are not authorized and therefore are not binding.
