Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free. QA date - 12-5-2025 Questions. Submit all questions about Bidding Documents to the Architect, except Mechanical and Electrical questions shall be submitted to the Consulting Engineer, Morrissey Engineering. Replies will be issued to all Bidders of record as Addenda to the Drawings and Project Manual, and will become part of the Contract. The Architect/ Engineer and the Owner will not be responsible for oral clarification. Questions received less than 48 hours before the bid opening that will affect project construction schedule or project cost cannot be answered.
