Scope of Services Fresno Area Express (FAX) is seeking an Architectural & Engineering (A&E) firm to modernize one Otis hydraulic passenger elevator with a rating of 2,500 lbs., located in the FAX administration building and one Otis hydraulic freight elevator with a capacity of 4000 lbs. in the FAX maintenance building. The A&E firm shall inspect existing conditions and provide engineering drawings and specifications to modernize the elevators. The A&E firm will also serve during the construction phase of work to review and ensure quality assurance on the project.
