The project is for the Birney Elementary School Administration Building Health Suite Modernization. The work involves relocating non-bearing interior walls, reconfiguring interior cabinetry, and includes corresponding mechanical, lighting, fire alarm, door, interior finish work, and installation of a new water heater. The Prime Contractor must have a valid Class B Contractor's License. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or a bidder's bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of total bids. The DVBE goal for the project is three percent (3%) of the contract's dollar amount. All bids must be submitted online through the district's bidding portal. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or any combination of bids, and to waive any irregularities or informalities that may be legally waived.
